Anthera Terms of Service

Welcome to Anthera, a creative sharing platform operated by UNTONE ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Anthera, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Anthera.
• By using Anthera, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts and Authentication

• Accounts are created and managed via UNTONE ID
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• If your account is compromised, notify us at [email protected].

3. Your Content

• You retain full ownership of the content you upload (e.g. art, writing, characters).
• By uploading content, you grant UNTONE a license to display and distribute it via Anthera.
• You must have the rights to publish the content you upload.
• You may delete your content at any time. Deleted files are removed from storage within 1–4 weeks.

4. Features & Functionality

• Your content, profile, and interactions (comments, character pages, etc.) are fully public.
• You may connect third-party accounts (e.g. Discord, GitHub, Patreon) to your profile. These are public and optional.
• You may create a personal subdomain (e.g. yourname.anthera.me) to create your own gallery page.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don’t have rights to
• Misuse, spam, or harm the platform or its users
• Circumvent moderation or abuse reporting systems
• Upload illegal content of any kind

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

6. Content Moderation & Takedowns

• Content may be reviewed before or after publishing.
• You may request takedown of your content by emailing us.
• DMCA takedown requests can be sent to [email protected].

7. Account Deletion

You may request full account deletion by contacting us. Upon confirmation, your data will be removed unless legally required to retain it.

8. Changes to the Service

We may change or discontinue features at any time. Continued use of Anthera means you accept any updates to the Terms.

9. Liability & Warranty

• Anthera is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• UNTONE is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or outages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
